TSU trains international students on the basis of:
agreements between Russian Federation and other states;
educational quotas for foreign citizens (in the line of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation);
contracts for private educational services on a paid basis.
Enrollment at bachelor and specialist programs is based on the results of entrance examinations (general education subjects tests) corresponding to a certain bachelors (specialist) program. Enrollment at masters programs is based on an oral entrance examination and an interview.
Documents required for admission:
copy of passport;
the original of the document on education which should be obligatory legalized by the «Apostile» stamp or the procedure of consular legalization at the foreign Embassy of the Russian Federation;
translation of the document on education into Russian, legalized by the procedure of consular legalization at the foreign Embassy of the Russian Federation or made on the territory of the Russian Federation and certified by the notary;
HIV certificate;
medical certificate for entering a higher education institution;
6 photos 3х4 sm (mat).
